EH Group Engineering has been awarded nearly €1.5m of EU funding for a project to bring its fuel cell technology to mass commercialisation.
The Swiss company’s core fuel cell technology is based on a uniquely simplified and re-designed fuel cell stack at the micro level, which EH Group Engineering said makes it significantly more compact, lightweight and efficient.
The two-year project, which has an overall budget of €2.1m, has received €1.45m of funding from the EU’s Horizon research and innovation programme.
