In a new agreement revealed today (Dec 22), the Electric Aviation Group and the UK’s University of Nottingham (UoN) will develop an innovative hydrogen-electric hybrid propulsion system for the aviation industry.
Dubbed the hydrogen hybrid electric propulsion systems (H2EPS), the initiative will begin with the development and commercialisation of a 2MW electric propulsion system that will work with future hybrid and hydrogen-electric aircraft.
