Fresh from recently announcing the launch of a dedicated report into Malaysia’s hydrogen market potential and realisation, DNV has confirmed it is speaking at H2 View’s APAC Hydrogen Summit 2023 in Kuala Lumpur in December.
Hydrogen is increasingly recognised as a crucial pathway in the decarbonisation of hard-to-abate sectors worldwide. Malaysia, with access to both renewable resources and carbon storage opportunities, is seen as being well-positioned to explore both green and blue hydrogen production.
Despite this potential, there is understood to have been relatively limited development in the country’s hydrogen sector so far.
