The German Aerospace Centre (DLR) is joining forces with Deutz to develop new hydrogen-based solutions for construction equipment and agricultural machinery.
Inking an agreement on Thursday (August 26), the duo said such effort is part of a wider “green construction site” focus through which they hope to transform existing technologies into those that are carbon free.
News of the partnership comes shortly after Deutz unveiled a brand-new hydrogen engine to help accelerate the rollout of low and zero emission drive systems.
