Deutsche ReGas has completed the front-end engineering and design (FEED) phase for its 200MW hydrogen production plant in Lubmin, Germany.
The company plans to construct the first 200MW phase by the end of 2026 before it scales up to 500MW by 2028 in its second phase.
Initially, the Lubmin plant is expected to produce up to 30,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually, and up to 80,000 tonnes by 2028.
H2 View understands the plant will be directly connected to the Flow Hydrogen Core Network to ensure a secure supply of hydrogen to customers in eastern Germany and industrial sites in southwestern Germany in the future.
