Australia’s national science agency CSIRO will develop the country’s ‘first’ mobile hydrogen generator to help the country reach Net Zero emissions by 2050.
The application is capable of producing hydrogen directly at the point of consumption, with the demonstration unit being based on patented technology to generate hydrogen from liquid carriers.
The project is supported by a $10m investment over six years from the organisation’s research and innovation provider Advanced Carbon Engineering.
