CPH2 shifts to electrolyser commercialisation following successful tests

Clean Power Hydrogen (CPH2) has completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for its membrane-free MFE110 electrolyser ahead of deployment in Northern Ireland.

The final stage of the FAT demonstrated that CPH2 had successfully produced separated hydrogen and oxygen at the pre-determined specifications for commercial deployment.

During the test operation, key metrics including the unit’s hydrogen and oxygen output pressure, flow rate and purity levels were recorded, and all reportedly achieved the necessary thresholds. The FAT completion validates the technology as a “viable and potentially highly competitive alternative to PEM and alkaline electrolysers.”
