Clean Power has acquired the remaining shares in PowerTap Hydrogen Fuelling Corporation to become the sole shareholder of the refuelling company with a focus on hydrogen production and fuelling stations.
PowerTap’s main focus is on employing its patented hydrogen production technology to build a blue hydrogen filling station network in the US to accommodate anticipated growth in hydrogen vehicle sales.
This would see PowerTap build out a cost effective hydrogen fuelling infrastructure through its environmentally friendly intellectual property, product design for the modularised and lowest tier production cost of hydrogen and launch plan.
