A memorandum of understanding (MoU) revealed today (May 25) between Charbone Hydrogen and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) will aim to create a clean hydrogen hub in Northeast US.
Through this MoU, Charbone has joined a consortium with the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as more than 50 hydrogen ecosystem partners, for the development of a proposal to become one of at least four regional clean hydrogen hubs.
Consortium partners have committed to collaborate on the development of proposals to advance clean hydrogen projects that align with each state’s climate and clean energy goals.
