The appointment of former Linde executive Eduardo Menezes as Air Products’ new CEO marks a significant turning point for the industrial gas giant – one that could reshape its approach to clean hydrogen.

Menezes’ leadership follows an investor-driven board shake-up led by Mantle Ridge, which ousted longtime boss Seifi Ghasemi amid concerns over CAPEX and the company’s $15bn clean hydrogen pipeline.
