Carbon Clean to support Liquid Wind with carbon capture technology

Carbon Clean’s carbon capture technology is set to support a new Liquid Wind site that, when combined with hydrogen, will see 50,000 tonnes of eMethanol produced from 2024.

The CO2 removal specialist today (21st April) said it has entered into an agreement with Liquid Wind to develop, standardise and supply carbon capture technology to support the production of carbon neutral marine fuel.

By accelerating access to liquid carbon neutral fuel, the Liquid Wind consortium will enable carbon neutral shipping, thereby accelerating the sector’s emission reductions.
