Cadent has today launched its first chatbot focused on hydrogen that can answer over 200 questions.
Launched in collaboration with Google Cloud Technology, the chatbot can answer questions about hydrogen and its potential role in providing green energy for the net zero future, such as does hydrogen have a smell? How is it made? Does it occur naturally as an element on its own?
Cadent said it’s designed to answer questions from the general public and anyone wishing to find out more about hydrogen, its role in sustainability and more information on Cadent’s hydrogen and green gas projects.
This hydrogen chatbot is the latest in a line of hydrogen innovations from Cadent which also include HyDeploy at Keele – the UK’s first demonstration of using a hydrogen blend for domestic heat; HyMotion which provides a blueprint for decarbonising heavy transport; and HyNet which has been adopted by the North West as the basis for its future hydrogen economy.
