Hydrogen has been mentioned at the UK Conservative Party conference with Prime Minister Boris Johnson discussing his commitment to buy 4,000 UK-made zero-emission buses.
In the speech, Boris Johnson stated that the UK will introduce 4,000 new zero-emission buses with some being made of hydrogen.
With the transportation sector seen as a key area in which hydrogen can be used to decarbonise, it is clear that the Prime Minister sees the clean energy carrier as a potential option for public transportation.
