The Renewable Hydrogen Coalition has elected Ørsted’s CEO of Power-to-X, Olivia Breese as its new Chair, with Håkon Volldal, President and CEO of Nel as Vice-Chair, calling on Europe to “put the pedal to the metal” on renewable hydrogen.
Set to serve in the positions for the next 18 months, the new Chair and Vice-Chair have called for European policymakers to bring renewable hydrogen from “ambition to tangible action.”
Breese and Volldal take up the roles from Ignacio Galán, Executive Chairman of Iberdrola, and Nils Aldag, co-founder and CEO of Sunfire respectively.
