As the fight against coronavirus and shortage of medical equipment continues, Ballard Power Systems has donated 10,000 disposable medical face masks to British Columbia’s Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).
“This is one way we can help to make a difference in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic, by supporting frontline healthcare workers who need access to personal protective equipment (PPE),” Randy MacEwan, CEO of Ballard Power Systems said.
MacEwan also urged companies to consider what they can do to help.
“If you are interested in donating to British Columbia’s PHSA, please contact me and we will connect you with them,” he said.
