Australian-based H2X Global to supply hydrogen-powered vehicle to Swedish waste firm

Australian hydrogen fuel cell vehicle manufacturer, H2X Global, through its subsidiary H2X Gothenburg, has announced today (November 22)  it is set supply hydrogen-powered commercial vehicles to the Swedish waste company, Renova.

H2X revealed the successful conversion of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which will see it deliver two 18 tonne garbage back loader units, one 3.5 tonne tail lift light commercial truck, and an additional two Warrego pick-ups to the municipal waste firm.

Owned by 10 municipalities across the Gothernburg region, Sweden, Renova, and the City of Gothenburg hope to reach Net Zero by 2045 and reduce emissions by 70% compared to 2010 levels with the conversion of their existing fleets to zero-emission propulsion.
