Australia and Japan are looking to strengthen hydrogen trade ties with a new agreement between the Australian Hydrogen Council (AHC) and the Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO).
The new Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) is hoped to “foster collaboration” to advance hydrogen priorities and strengthen trade ties between the two nations.
Aimed at improving information exchange and collaboration, AHC and JETRO will jointly work by exchanging reports, educational materials and lessons learned; deliver webinars and events for SMEs, start-ups and scale-ups; share relevant regulatory, political and funding information; and facilitate industry introductions.
