Executives from Aliaxis and Shell Ventures have joined the board of Californian electrolyser start-up Verdagy.
Aliaxis’ CEO Eric Olsen and Shell Ventures Partner Vikas Gupta join the Verdagy Board of Directors as the company looks to scale its technology to deliver low-cost green hydrogen production.
Earlier this month (August 2023), the company closed a $73m Series B round co-led by Temasek and Shell Ventures, with plans to use the funding to accelerate the launch and commercialisation of its eDynamic® 20MW electrolyser module.
