The maritime logistics sector will continue to be decarbonised in Norway through the use of hydrogen and ammonia as part of an agreement between Aker Clean Hydrogen and Kuehne+Nagel revealed today (Feb 11).
As a means to decarbonise Kuehne+Nagel’s maritime logistic operations, the first vessels will enter service that will be capable of running on alternative fuels in 2024 with Aker to secure a green supply of fuels, such as hydrogen, in order to power the vessels.
