Air Liquide Korea and LOTTE Chemical have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand its domestic hydrogen business.
Under the MoU, the two companies will drive forwards areas of the hydrogen economy such as reduced carbon emissions and expanded hydrogen distribution channels, while also expanding their hydrogen business partnership.
Air Liquide and LOTTE will utilise respective strengths to cooperate in the ammonia decomposition, liquefied hydrogen business and hydrogen shipping business in Yeosu, South Korea. They will cooperate in cracking businesses of imported clean ammonia, with the hydrogen produced supplying power generation and mobility.
