Air Liquide has revealed net profits of €1.72bn ($1.9bn) in the first half of 2023, with its CEO, François Jackow, praising a “very solid performance.”
Reporting a H1 revenue of €13.9bn ($15.5bn), up 4.9% on a comparable basis, the year-on-year comparison saw a 1.6% decrease, which the industrial gas major puts down to drops in energy prices and negative currency impacts.
Gas & Services segments represented 96% of the Group’s revenue, with growth across all regions, with particular success in the Americas and Europe.
