AFC Energy and Speedy Hire have announced the launch of a dedicated hydrogen-powered generator plant hire business.
The collaboration will provide the UK construction and temporary power sector with AFC’s sustainable, zero emissions temporary power solution that is suitable for the off-grid power market.
The two companies will form a 50:50 joint venture (JV), providing a full-service hire model coordinating the generator equipment, maintenance, technical support, site preparation and fuelling. AFC’s equipment will be available for hire exclusively from the JV through Speedy Hire for an initial three-year period.
