The Government of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has won the prestigious 2021 Fleet Environment Award for the running of its green fleet which includes 20 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
The green fleet consists of 140 zero emissions vehicles: 50 electric, 70 plug-in hybrids electric vehicles and 20 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
Each of these are being put to use to decarbonise the transportation sector in the region and, with this award, has been recognised as doing an outstanding job in achieving this aim.
