ABB and Alstom are among five new companies to join the North West Hydrogen Alliance (NWHA) in the UK, bringing its total number of members to more than 20.
With the addition of the five new members, NWHA said this makes it the largest regional membership body dedicated to hydrogen.
ABB, Alstom, AXIS, Bilfinger and Uniper will support NWHA’s mission of driving the hydrogen economy in the UK’s North West region.
“The NWHA is going from strength to strength and shows how this region is leading on developing the UK’s first hydrogen economy,” said Professor Joe Howe, Chair of the NWHA.
