Salish Elements and Xaxli’p have agreed to collaborate on the development of a 25MW green hydrogen production project in Canada.
Under an Agreement in Principle (AiP), the two will explore the construction and operation of a facility and they have established terms for a more detailed working agreement between the Xaxli’p Development Corporation (XDC) and Salish Elements.
The AiP was formally announced at the Hy-fcell conference in the presence of Chairman Reuben George of Tsleil-Waututh Nation, Chief (Kukpi7) Darrell Bob of Xaxli’p, and Josie Osborne, the Minster of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation.
